Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates (EPA) is seeking Registered Nurse Practitioners to join our growing Guelph Women’s Health Associates (GWHA) location. This role is ideal for NPs who are passionate about women’s health, value interdisciplinary collaboration, and want to build a sustainable, well-supported practice.

For nearly 30 years, EPA has been a trusted leader in evidence-based care, with 9 clinics across Guelph and surrounding communities. Our organization is known for excellence in orthopedics, pelvic health, pediatrics, concussion rehabilitation, and women’s health. We are now expanding our collaborative model to include additional Nurse Practitioners.

Scope of Practice & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and review medical histories
  • Order, review, and interpret laboratory investigations
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with patients
  • Prescribe and monitor therapies within NP scope and Ontario regulations
  • Determine clinical eligibility for hormone therapy and weight management programs (where applicable)
  • Provide patient education, follow-up care, and ongoing monitoring
  • Adjust treatment plans and renew prescriptions as required
  • Collaborate with allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Registered Nurse Practitioner in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Master of Nursing (MN) or equivalent OR Completion of a recognized Nurse Practitioner program
  • Minimum 2–3 years of recent NP experience (within the last 5 years) in one or more of the following:
  • Women’s Health
  • Gynecology
  • Menopause & midlife women’s health
  • Hormonal care
  • Weight management
  • Experience with TRT, bHRT, and/or weight management programs considered an asset
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
  • Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor
